Logistics Controlling Specialist
Your Function and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Logistics improvement programs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Stringent project management and controlling of all required activities within the improvement programs
• Coaching and enabling of Logistics team members to achieve the defined targets
• Moderation of change management processes
• Execute operative controlling for Customer Service and Production processes
• Developing and maintaining of BSC (balanced scorecard system)
• Work closely with central functions in Head Quarter
• Reporting directly to local management
Your Profile:
• Male/ Female, minimum 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
• 3 – 5 years experience in Logistics environment and Logistics KPIs as well as contradictory relationships between Logistics targets
• Experience in the interdependencies of Production Planning between Logistics and Production
• Strong leadership character with high intrinsic motivation
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Know How in SAP Logistics module and data mart systems
• Excellent MS Office skills (mainly MS Excel)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Must be proficient in English (verbal and writing)
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to operate under high pressure environment
Human Resources Manager (HRD Manager)
Your Functions:
1. Having knowledge of the principles, policies, procedures, and regulations of personnel management, employee relations and human resources development.
2. Having experience in recruitment, training, payroll and compensation benefit area.
3. Proven ability in management and leadership, with some experiences in handling teams with various background.
4. Drive Employee Communication for better management and employee relationships.
Your Profile:
1. Degree in Human Resources, Management or other related discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years experiences in manufacturing company.
3. Good understanding of key business drivers to drive company performance.
4. Demonstrated commitment or loyalty and integrity .
5. Strong in interpersonal and presentation skill.
6. Effective communication skills in English.
7. Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
8. Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
