AEON Credit Service Indonesia is the subsidiary of AEON Credit Service Co., Ltd., a leading multinational finance company in Asian region, which provides financial services including but not limited to consumer finance, credit card, personal loan, insurance, and banking. The parent Company and its subsidiaries listed at respective stock exchange in Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Malaysia.

In Indonesia, we have started our operation since 2006, and currently we are providing consumer finance for electronic, home appliance, furniture, music instrument, PC, and mobile phone. Currently we affiliated with more than 1500 merchants, including Giant, Carrefour, Lotte Mart, Electronic City, Best Denki, Yamaha Music Dealers, Erafone, PT Tigaraksa, Superhome and many others.

We are expanding the operations both for existing and new businesses, and we would like to welcome leaders and young professionals to join our team to expand the company in following position:

Field Collector Work Location Jakarta Raya, Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur

Requirements:

* Male, max age, 30 yr.
* Graduates high school / equivalent
* Having a motorcycle and license C
* Understand the placement
* Active, dynamic, happy to socialize and interact
* Like the challenge and able to work with target
* Placement: Greater Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya
* Status: Permanent Employees (Non-outsorcing)


General Affair & Admin Officer Work Location Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in handle Payroll and Jamsostek, and other personnel's procedures
• Responsible for administrative and secretarial work to assist the Board of Director
• Closely cooperate with operation management to make sure the SOP is well implemented
• Managing employee database and creating report to Management
• Renewal of Expatriate's work permits, KITAS, licenses, and registrations as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field, GPA min. 2,75
• Proficient in MS Excel formula
• Good command in English; able to speak Japanese will be advantage
• Min. 2 year experience in handling Payroll, Jamsostek, and good knowledge in personnel's procedures
• High intelligence, strong analytical skill & good in decision making
• People oriented and quick response to management
• High emotion stability and able to work under pressure
