Responsibilities:
Banking Associate Program - Small Medium Enterprise is a program of education and training for fresh graduates aiming to prepare future leaders in managerial Bank Permata, especially in the SME business segment, with responsibility for:
* Handling and managing the customer portfolio
* Marketing the products of SMEs, among others; Loan, Deposit, Forex and Trade Finance
* Analyze credit & risk management, identifying & developing good business with customers old and new; do cross selling and building relationships with customers; perform the tasks associated with the manufacture of credit proposals, pre-and post-disbursement disbursement to borrowers and old debtor; maintain the quality of assets under management.
Requirements:
* Maximum age 27 years
* Minimum GPA 2.75
* Last Education minimum S1
* Able to communicate well
* Oriented on the results
