1. Senior Project Superintendent
Key Accountabilities:
* Lead, deliver and role model compliance with the Companies Occupational Health and Safety Management Plan, developing that plan in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager and in line with the Emeco Occupational Health and Safety Management framework and proactively managing all safety and related issues to achieve zero harm.
* Provide a prioritised maintenance service for the Emeco rental fleet, delivered in such a way to enhance Emeco s reputation in the mining community and ensure that machine presentation and availability levels meet “Best Practise” industry standards.
* Control all field service and project sites to achieve quality, contractual, safety, customer and financial goals.
* Ensure the delivery of key scheduling and monitoring activities including daily planning schedules, Work Order Number management and the Work in Progress account for field service and project sites is kept up to date by leading and coaching our employees.
* Ensure a high level of compliance with all Emeco policies, procedures, standards and processes ensuring that documentation is maintained in order to protect the company s assets and provide accountability through effective history records.
* Develop a close and effective link with the Maintenance and Asset Department Managers to ensure all business objectives are continually reviewed and maintained and to provide support to achieve national business goals.
* Participate in and where appropriate lead a range of management and employee meetings specified by the Rental Manager and/or Maintenance Manager, ensuring that employees receive appropriate proactive communication that will provide them with direction and clarity about the business.
* Coach, lead and develop employees within the field service and projects sections providing direction on their roles, accountabilities and activities and ensuring that they receive feedback on their contribution to the business.
Requirements:
* Male, max 45 years old.
* Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 5 years experiences in the heavy workshop and field maintenance.
* An ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of an organisation.
* Highly developed analytical skills and project management skills.
* Availability to work outside of normal hours of work to respond to serious incidents or other urgent matters.
* Ability to frequently travel to our Clients sites.
* Ability to travel to Regional and Interstate Emeco sites.
2. HR/IR Officer
* Male / Female, max 35 years old.
* Minimum a bachelor degree in Law or HR Management.
* Minimum 3 years experiences in the same field.
* Fluent in English, written and verbal.
3. Purchasing Officer
* Male / Female, max 35years old.
* Minimum bachelor degree.
* Minimum 3 years experiences in the same field.
* Fluent in English, written and verbal.
* Having good communication and negotiation skills.
4. Senior Mechanic / Mechanic
5. Senior Auto Electrician / Auto Electrician
6. Serviceman
7. Service Truck Driver (Iveco)
* Male, max 40 years old.
* Minimum 4 years experiences in the same field.
* High School, STM Machinery / Automotive / Mechanical Equipment, D3 Mechanical / Electrical / Engineer K3L/ Mechanical D3.
* Sim BII for the position of Service Truck Driver.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Willing to be placed in all operational areas PTI.
* Able to work under pressure and always seek best solution to solve problem.
Additional Qualifications for technician:
1. Familiar with the types of Diesel Engines such as:
* Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit Diesel Engines and Hitachi.
* Dozer CATERPILLAR D 10T, D9T, D8R & D8T.
* HITACHI Excavator Ex 1200, ZX 870, ZX 450, ZX 210, KOMATSU PC 1800, PC 1250, PC 800, PC 300 & PC 200
* Motor Grader CATERPILLAR 16H, 16M, 14H, 14M & 140H.
* Heavy Dump Truck & Articulate CATERPILLAR 777D, 775F, ADT 740, KOMATSU HD785-5 & HD 785-7
