2. Must be proactive and be a lead in escalating technical issues. Contribute findings, research, and technical problems in regular liaison meetings and projects
3. Contribute to testing and reproducing issues which occur in a production environment. Must be comfortable with production workflow with regards to professional applications
4. Development and delivery of training material and knowledgebase articles, used internally and externally
