Operations Finance Analyst Work locations Negeri Sembilan - Seremban

Responsibilities:

* Perform month end closing in SAP and monitor/capitalise/release deviation for month end closing timely and accurately.
* Maintain efficient and effective method of cost allocation
* Maintain data for statutory requirement and support for annual statutory closing audit and tax audit.
* Prepare budget and finalise the OB budget in line with Operations (Ops) manufacturing Assumptions.
* Monitor actual cost center expense vs. budget and provide a periodic feedback to Ops management for relevant actions to be taken.
* Generate/manage periodic and ad-hoc product costing, FME, and VME information to meet local and PMI requirement.
* Collect and analyze performance of Ops as per KPI instruction for example wastage, productivity and inventory duration and report to immediate supervisor and relevant function timely and accurately.
* Perform periodic stock count on inventory in factory to ensure that stock count is conducted properly and accurately in adherence to the predefined stock count procedure, which includes the reconciliation of the stock count results versus the book inventory in order to determine the inventory loss/gain of the all the materials.
* Set selling prices for the finished good and one-off selling transaction according to the inter-company pricing methodology.
* Take care of whole approval process in compliance with PMI Policy and communicate with buying affiliates and regional pricing group about prices of individual items.
* Collect costing data for statutory requirement and the adjustment of the differential between PM accounting and statutory treatment to submit costing data to local government or tax authority by taking audit for yearly statutory closing and tax audit.
* Support the Corporate, PWC and Tax audit and follow up on findings in coordination with the FR team and Ops Finance.

Requirements:

* Minimum Degree in Finance/Accounting with 2nd class upper results
* At least 2 years working experience in product/operation costing in a manufacturing environment
* Experience in FMCG would be an added advantage
* Strong experience in financial reporting
* Knowledge in US GAAP would be desirable
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Good analytical mind and number oriented

Internal Control Manager Work locations Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

* To review new systems introduced in the organisation to ensure internal controls requirements are satisfied.
* Leads the internal controls team in performing risk identification and then to follow through by performing business process and systems reviews; thereafter to issue reports to the Finance Director and Managing Director on any major findings together with recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

* Deep understanding of the business strategy and operations to be able to effectively identify information required by the business
