Account Representative for Medical Products based Surabaya
(MED - IPD)

Responsibilities:

* The incumbent will be responsible to promote and sell 3M hospital products (Infection Prevention Products) of Medical Division to end user including conduct in service/round table discussion or seminar to group of nurses/ end users, to lead and coach the sales force of distributor in Jakarta area, to serve the customers or fulfill their needs, to build relationship with Hospital management, to analyze market map such as: competitor, demand and opportunity and to maintain existing customers, prospect new customer and develop new products.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or Biology or Science or Economics.
* To have at least 2 years experience as Detailer/sales/marketing for Pharmacy products/Medical Device/Diagnostics.
* To understand the Hospital business.
* To be familiar with Hospitals in East Java area especially in Surabaya and its surrounding area.

Technical Service Engineer Consumer & Office Business based Jakarta Raya
(TSE - COB)

* The incumbent will be responsible to gather marketing trends, conduct Voice of Customer Survey & Competitor Analysis, and execute product development initiative & process. This job will have closely related with Marketing area, Manufacturing, Outsourcing, Customer Service and other Technical Service Engineers.

Sales Representative for Commercial Care Products based Jakarta Raya
(SLS - CCD)

Responsibilities:

* The incumbent will be responsible for to promote and sell, through Consultative Selling Approach, a wide range of 3M Commercial Care Products to mainly HOREKA (Food service/ Industrial Retail) market. You will also have to work with distributors or setting up a new distribution channel to maximize sales coverage and to provide better customer services.

* Main Responsibilities:

o Develop key accounts by segments

* The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining & controlling the customer aged receivable refer to agreed limit and term, by doing; consistently follow up and make a proper collection call to customer, verify and check the invoice accuracy (before due), regularly communicate and update the AR status to the respective Business Unit, and updating cash receipt to AR Module (AS400).

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in accounting background with at least two years accounting experience
* Good command in English for both spoken and written
* Excellent demonstrated of computer skill especially in Excel, Access, PowerPoint;
* Familiar with AS 400 system.

Trade Marketing Water Filtration Products (TM – PUR) based Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

* The incumbent will be responsible to plan and execute all store activities in retail channel, to coordinate store programs with Marketers, Account Manager, distributors, agencies, and the Accounts themselves on timing, locations, planning and preparation, communications, budgeting, etc. Include also manage budget, build relationship with Accounts, trading terms, Join Business Plan, and promoters. In additional, the job holder also has to make sure that the executions running really well as plan, do evaluations on each event plus do modifications whenever necessary.

Requirements:

Marketing – Industrial Adhesive & Tapes Products (MA – IATD) based Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

* The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:
o Marketing Plan:
+ Develop and implement of marketing plans for the division's strategic and business plans. Participates and provides input to the other planning processes. Identifies and defines significant market/product opportunities to meet sales and growth objectives. Performs thorough customer needs assessment, competitor analysis and identification of target markets
+ Develop programs to support 3M Building Film business of Renewable Energy Division brand development and other promotion programs to increase sales, business growth and increasing market share of 3M Building Film business of Renewable Energy Division Review programs for results and improvement
o New Product Development: Oversee efforts of cross-functional team regarding future product definition, development and commercialization of new products based on market and/or customer trends. Identify new product needs, tests innovative concepts and ideas. Serve as liaison and promoter for assigned product lines
o Competitive Analysis: Analyze and interpret changing market/industry dynamics and trends to determine the effect on product lines. Develop appropriate brand & promotion plan based on the information and expands customer base by increasing knowledge of all facets of the marketplace, and analyzing competitive information and marketing intelligence
o P&L Management:
+ Prepare sales, unit and/or pricing forecasts for assigned market/product area. Project new product sales/profits
+ Prepare and allocate financial resources to programs/products within forecasted guidelines and regulates expenditures
+ Review financial results of previous months as inputs for development of next steps or actions
o Pricing: recommend pricing for assigned products to meet short and long term business objectives. Determine impact of pricing decisions on profit and loss statements
o Supply Chain: together with trade marketer and sales rep, provide inputs for supply forecasts to the Inventory Planner and to assist in managing inventory (current, non-working)
o Other: participate in and leads cross-functional task forces and teams if required. Assist with other special projects. Attend and complete the required company trainings or compliance courses and perform other duties as assigned
o The job also requires performing other duties as assigned. Percentages of time spent on job duties are estimates and may vary for each job

Requirements:

* Formal Education/Experience/Field of Knowledge: A Bachelor's degree plus 4-5 years of related job experience is normally required or equivalent training through experience in marketing or business administration.
* Master's degree, preferably MBA level of education in an appropriate discipline plus 2 years of related job experience is desirable.
* Basic competency or exposure in Branding and Promotion are desired.
